Where your driver meets you

Your driver meets you in the arrivals hall of the terminal you land at — North or South — with a name board, unless your confirmation says otherwise.

Waiting time. Your driver waits up to 60 minutes from the time your flight actually lands. Give us your flight number and we follow the flight, so a delay to the flight itself will not normally result in waiting charges. Need longer? Tell us and your driver will stay, at £5 per 15 minutes. See our cancellation and waiting policy for full details.

North Terminal or South Terminal?

Gatwick's two terminals are separate buildings, a short ride apart on a free shuttle train. Your airline decides which one you use, and it is shown on your booking. Tell us the terminal when you book, and let us know if it changes, so your driver is waiting in the right arrivals hall.

Getting to and from Gatwick

Central London is about 30 miles north, typically 60 to 90 minutes by road. The route usually runs through south London on the A23, or round the M25, and then down the M23.

Weekday rush hours are the slowest times on these roads, so allow extra time for a departure then.

Beyond central London

We run fixed-fare transfers from Gatwick to Heathrow, Stansted, Luton and London City, and to addresses across Greater London. For anywhere else, get a quote and we will price your journey.
