Heathrow Airport Transfers
Heathrow is the UK's busiest airport, and it is where we are based: our operating centre is on Bath Road in Longford, beside the airport. We cover all four passenger terminals — 2, 3, 4 and 5 — for arrivals and departures.

- About 15 miles west of central London

Where your driver meets you
For arrivals, your driver meets you in the arrivals hall of your terminal with a name board, unless your confirmation sets out a different arrangement.
Waiting time. Your driver waits up to 60 minutes from the time your flight actually lands. Give us your flight number and we follow the flight, so a delay to the flight itself will not normally result in waiting charges. Need longer? Tell us and your driver will stay, at £5 per 15 minutes. See our cancellation and waiting policy for full details.

Flying out of Heathrow
For a departure, we collect you from your home, hotel or office and drop you at your terminal's departures forecourt.
Choose a pickup time that allows for the drive, for traffic on the M4 and M25, and for check-in. If you are unsure, tell us your flight time and we will suggest one. For early-morning flights, book as far ahead as you can.
Heathrow's terminals
Heathrow has four passenger terminals: 2, 3, 4 and 5. There has been no Terminal 1 since it closed in 2015. Terminals 2 and 3 share the central area of the airport; Terminal 4 is on the southern side and Terminal 5 on the western side, each a separate drive from the others.
Your terminal is shown on your airline booking. Check it before you travel and tell us if it changes — on a departure, going to the wrong one costs time you may not have.
Heathrow to central London, and beyond
Central London is about 15 miles east of Heathrow. The drive usually runs along the M4 and into west London on the A4, and typically takes 45 to 70 minutes. Kensington, Chelsea and Paddington are at the quicker end of that; the City and Canary Wharf take longer.
We also run fixed-fare transfers from Heathrow to Gatwick, Stansted, Luton and London City, and to the cruise terminals at Southampton, Portsmouth, Dover and Tilbury.
Heathrow hotel transfers
Staying near the airport before an early flight, or after a late arrival? We can take you from your terminal to your hotel, or collect you from the hotel and take you to your terminal. Many of Heathrow's hotels are on Bath Road, a few minutes from our base.
For hotels in central London, the fixed central London fare applies.
