Pickups late at night and early in the morning carry a night surcharge. It is included in the fare you are quoted, not added afterwards.

The M11 is the main route from London, and it is slowest in the weekday rush hours. Central London is typically 60 to 90 minutes away.
Stansted to Heathrow, Gatwick, Luton and London City are all fixed-fare routes, so you can see the price before you book.
