The journey
Most transfers from Heathrow into central London run along the M4 and then the A4 through west London. Allow 45 to 70 minutes: Kensington, Chelsea and Paddington are at the quicker end, while the City, Shoreditch and Canary Wharf take longer. Traffic is heaviest heading into town on weekday mornings and heading out in the evening.
Arriving at Heathrow
Give us your flight number and we follow the flight. Your driver waits up to 60 minutes from the time it actually lands, and meets you in the arrivals hall with a name board unless your confirmation says otherwise. Terminal-by-terminal details are on our Heathrow airport transfers page.
