Your driver meets you in the arrivals hall with a name board, unless your confirmation says otherwise. The terminal is small, so you will not have far to look.
Waiting time. Your driver waits up to 60 minutes from the time your flight actually lands. Give us your flight number and we follow the flight, so a delay to the flight itself will not normally result in waiting charges. Need longer? Tell us and your driver will stay, at £5 per 15 minutes. Canary Wharf is a few miles west of the airport and the City a little further, which makes London City the natural choice for a day trip or a meeting. Central London as a whole is typically 35 to 60 minutes away, depending on traffic.
